Please tell us about known damage, specialist coatings, previous repairs and access restrictions. Any proposed additional work should be discussed and agreed separately.
Payment terms, cancellation rights, appointment arrangements and any applicable guarantees must be supplied with the formal quotation and confirmed before booking. Nothing in the agreed terms should affect your statutory rights.

What does an exterior conservatory clean include?
The agreed exterior scope can cover roof panels, framework, windows, sills, fittings and gutters. We confirm the areas and access arrangements in your quotation.
Do you use deionised water?
Yes. Albright uses deionised water for conservatory cleaning. The approach is adapted to the surface and its condition; please mention any specialist coatings or existing damage.
Can you clean windows above my conservatory?
Our reach-and-wash equipment can help with high-level windows above or near a conservatory. Send a photograph so we can check the height and access before quoting.
Can I get a quotation from photographs?
Photographs are a useful starting point. Include the whole conservatory, roof, access route and any areas of concern. Some repairs need an inspection before a firm quotation is possible.
