A small leak can have several possible causes. Slipped roof sheets, tired seals, blocked drainage and damaged glazing need different remedies. Tell us where water appears, when it happens and whether the problem changes with the direction of the rain.
Albright's documented repair work includes roof-sheet resealing, replacement panels, blown glazing units and repairs to gutters, fascias and frames. We assess the fault before recommending work. Replacement components depend on the existing system and availability, so photographs and any maker's details are especially helpful.
Please avoid walking on roof panels or trying to seal an unidentified leak from above. Photograph the problem from a safe position and arrange an assessment. A quotation will explain the proposed work and any investigation or access requirements.
